Meet our founder, Martin Shawn Hassan Limann
Limann Consulting was founded by Martin Shawn Hassan Limann, MBA, with a clear purpose: to help immigrants, job seekers, small businesses, and community members navigate their next steps with clarity and confidence. Having personally experienced the challenges of new systems, Martin created this practice to offer practical, honest, and judgment-free guidance. Our core values include providing tangible support over complex jargon, being transparent about possibilities, respecting every client's unique background, and empowering individuals to take meaningful action.
Our real-world expertise
Martin brings extensive real-world experience across education, project management, HR, operations, business development, procurement, training, and entrepreneurship. His work spans Ghana, China, and the United States, providing a global perspective. Holding an MBA and certified as a project manager, Martin also possesses Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training. He collaborates with certified teachers for specialized education and developmental training. As the founder of Auxano Forever Cosmetics and with connections to YSD Ghana community development work, Martin deeply understands the immigrant and entrepreneur journey, explaining complex concepts in plain, accessible language.
